Summary:Unify Energy Solutions is currently looking for a Building Automations System Engineer to work in our Houston, TX office. Create and modify graphical images within AutoCAD, Visio preferred or other CAD or drafting training.
Create and modify graphical images within Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator
Assistance with editing and creating JSON configuration file for Building Automation System server applications
Designs and configures technically complex energy management and building control systems as defined by the contract documents.
Creates flow diagrams, sequence of operations, bill of material, network layouts and electrical schematics as required.
Coordinates the creation of necessary drawings and equipment schedules for submittals and installation.
Maintain Unify design standards and procedures.
Communicate with Submittal Engineers, MEP Engineers, Contractors, Equipment Manufactures, Project Managers, Field Technicians, and Sales Account Representatives.
What you will need:
Experience in software programming
Currently a student or a graduate of engineering or computer science
Knowledge and/or experience in HVAC systems or HVAC Controls is beneficial
Must be dependable, demonstrate dedication to their work, be productive in their actions, enjoy working in a team environment, uphold a strong work ethic, and be strong of ethics
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Experienced with using Microsoft Office Applications
