JOB SUMMARY: 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Learn processes, procedures and assist in analysis and design.
• Provide engineering support 
• Learn and apply engineering codes and standards such as IEEE, ANSI, NEMA and NEC
• Assist with project estimating
• Assist with departmental standards development
• Conduct project site visits.
• Complies with all Company policies, procedures, practices, rules.
• Assumes other duties as directed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

• Enrolled and actively in process of obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering or equivalent from an ABET/EAC accredited program.
• Completion of two years of a degree program with acceptable academic standing at a recognized educational institution.
• Experience with MicroStation or other drafting software equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs
