GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant in Fresno, CA! Come join a dynamic property management team!

**Must have current and proven office experience in an office setting to be considered**

WHAT YOU’LL DO AS OFFICE ASSISTANT:

Deliver an exceptional experience to every person, beginning with an unmatched first impression and building rapport with teammates, visitors, and customers.

  • Maintain and uphold a high standards by conducting each responsibility with GSF Properties Inc. standards and values. Maintain accurate records of banking materials and reports, handle various accounts, effective communication, be a team player, and exceptional customer service.
  • Handle transactions like managing vendors and deliveries, accepting and logging deposits, or sending various reports.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and service team members regarding both routine and emergency maintenance requests and provide assistance in the follow-up process after work is completed on routine requests. Immediately contact emergency maintenance personnel if an emergency maintenance situation develops.
  • Collaborate with talented teammates to identify and solve any department issues that arise.
  • Looking for Part-Time position.

Job Requirements for Full-Time Office Assistant:

  • Great customer service experience
  • At least 1 years of proven and current clerical/admin experience
  • Able to work M-F 8am-5pm
  • Able to work 40 hours per week
