The Banquet Office Coordinator will support the banquets team in all aspects of their operation. This person will handle many different administrative duties such as payroll, scheduling and contacting staff, buffet signage, closing event checks, ordering office supplies, requesting needed items from our storeroom, office and paperwork organization, and any other projects or tasks that may be assigned. This person will primarily work Wednesday to Sunday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
