As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant, with additional responsibilities as a Personal Assistant to the CEO.
**Role Overview:**
As the Executive Assistant at Gold Standard Auctions, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the operations of the C-suite, with a specific focus on supporting the CEO in their day-to-day activities. This position requires a highly organized individual with exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in travel booking, project management, and executing administrative tasks with precision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage complex calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and the organization, with a particular emphasis on the CEO
- Act as a personal assistant to the CEO, handling tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing personal matters
- Coordinate and execute administrative tasks to support the C-suite and vision of the organization.
- Assist in project management initiatives, including tracking deadlines and milestones
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports along with notes / recaps of meetings and weekly reporting and follow-up of pending items.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Provide general administrative support as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Experience as a personal assistant to high-level executives is highly desirable
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in G-Suite and other relevant software such as but not limited to: Quickbooks, booking platforms, CRMs, and others.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in travel booking and project management is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
