Goettl is seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Marketing Operations Specialist. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing and communications efforts of our organization. This position requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Essential Functions: 

1. Budget Management
2. Vendor Management
3. Report Generation
4. Content Editing
5. Marketing Event Coordination
6. File and Asset Management
7. Supporting the Marketing Team

Requirements

Required skills and attributes:

1. Proven experience in marketing administration and coordination.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Familiarity with marketing analytics tools.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications:

1. Experience using CRM tools, preferably Service Titan. 
2. Knowledge of basic design principles and graphic design tools is a plus. 

 Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Prolonged periods of standing, bending, kneeling, and walking. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
