WHO WE ARE:
We are a woman-owned and operated company of three distinct e-commerce brands seeking an organized and data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to maintain marketing standards, analyze data reports, provide strategic insights, and conduct in-depth marketing analysis for marketing and product development.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Maintain internal tracking reports to provide valuable data insights into the performance and success of brand strategies
• Conduct objective, rigorous analytics to help improve strategies, operational processes, and marketing initiatives with minimal guidance from management – e.g., identification and evaluation of growth opportunities, threats, resource optimization, competitive market dynamics, customer behavior, success metrics, and reporting on results to team leadership
• Support the marketing team with planning, execution, and tracking of the e-commerce marketing calendar for 3 distinct brands – e.g., sale campaigns, customer segments, direct email marketing campaigns, and advertisements
• Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to streamline and evaluate operational processes.
• Assist marketing and product development teams in product catalog management for new item launches, sales, and promotions within an e-commerce platform
• Assist in planning and executing internal team activations and events

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience in analytics or e-commerce catalog management.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (strong Excel skills)
• Proven success working with data, developing processes for streamlined analysis, and creating reports
• Strength in critical thinking, problem solving, and communication (both verbal and written).
• Comfort in articulating complex information and analyses succinctly to a variety of audiences
• Ability to effectively interact within a team-oriented environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while consistently delivering accurate and high-quality work
• Strong organizational and project management skills

HOURS & PAY:

• $50,000 d.o.e.
• 9am-5:30pm M-F, full-time in-office (not remote)
