Were looking for a marketing specialist to shape how the world sees us. Someone who can identify new opportunities for brand expansion and support our creative team in powerful, effective storytelling. 

As Medicreations marketing specialist, youll determine direction - where we appear (and how). Whether its a trade show, a video campaign, social media, partner promotions, case studies, training materials, or guerilla marketing - youll work with a great team to analyze and organize all creative initiatives. Exceptional project management and workflow skills are a must. While design experience is encouraged, the heart of this position lies in analytics and strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Translate brand elements into actionable plans that lead to concrete results
• Copywriting experience to help build out content
• Use data-driven insights to build brand architecture for the creative team
• Identify initiatives that aid in achieving brand awareness via giveaways, partnerships, events, and "out of the box" ideas.
• Research and analyze key trends, industry influencers, and emerging social media platforms.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI.
• Monitor market trends and competitors activities.
• Project manage all new and ongoing marketing activities.
• Conceptualize and execute organic social media strategies to grow the Medicreations brand, drive traffic and engage our audience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or above in marketing or equivalent area of study
• Proven track record of developing effective brand differentiation strategies.
• Demonstrated copywriting experience
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels.
• Project management experience and exceptional organizational skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to identify KPIs for campaign implementation.
• Portfolio of participation in brand-building projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to take constructive criticism gracefully.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively.
