GLY’s HR Director provides senior level leadership and guidance to HR Operations and the overall organization. The HR Director is responsible for setting, enforcing, and evaluating best in class, compliant human resources policies, procedures and programs that support the overall vision, purpose and values of the firm. The HR Director provides strategic leadership by articulating organizational HR imperatives to Executives and Shareholders, and by participating in Business and Strategic Planning efforts. Overall responsibility for helping to ensure the long-term vitality of the organization and a positive work experience for our employees.

The full salary range for this position is $165,000 to $200,000 annually and represents a range of experience starting at 10 - 15 years.
