Business Analyst – 2 Positions

Washington DC – Local candidates who can work onsite/hybrid

Up to $100,000/year

Requirement-

Work closely with various team members to define the content of System Manuals, User Guides, and other technical documents.

Gather and analyze technical data pertaining to system design and development and create, update, and maintain technical documentation as requirements and configurations change.

Work closely with staff in ensuring version control for deliverables and documentation.

Conduct and accurately document research to support written content and verify the technical accuracy of any claims that are made, working with technical staff as appropriate.

Provide input to the visual communication of complex concepts and the layouts of documents and other materials.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in liberal arts or technical field and 5 years of experience authoring, editing, and maintaining complex documents both technical and non-technical documents and reports.

Excellent writing skills required, as is the ability to analyze, synthesize, and condense text that includes technical terminology.

In-depth experience with the MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Visio, etc.) and In-depth experience researching, editing, and preparing documentation and familiarity with CMMI best practices.

Must have a solid technical background and extensive experience working closely with technical staff (system Engineers, software developers, test engineers, etc.).
