Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through targeted sales strategies
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor offerings
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Home Care or Private Duty/Private Pay healthcare cases
- Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus, but not required
- Experience in account management is a plus
