Are you a proactive, technically proficient Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are on the lookout for someone like you—someone organized, tech-savvy, and experienced, ideally with a background in startups or technology. Our team is growing, and so are our projects and administrative needs. Join us and take on a diverse array of responsibilities, from managing conference logistics and providing executive support to handling various tech-based tasks within our dynamic, remote team environment. This role offers significant opportunities for personal and professional development in an adaptable and progressive setting.
What You'll DoEfficiently handle administrative tasks using ClickUp (project management tool) and ensure follow-ups with team members.
Plan and coordinate all aspects of veterinary conferences including liaising with organizers, managing travel and event logistics, and coordinating team involvement.
Support HR activities, including onboarding, offboarding, conducting employee pulse surveys, scheduling interviews, and recruitment efforts.
Provide comprehensive support to the executive team including travel arrangements, meeting scheduling, and managing day-to-day tasks.
Lead the organization of company-wide offsites and manage research, planning, and logistics for these events.
Coordinate team travel and handle related logistics.
Prepare and organize company presentations and monthly virtual events.
Manage the procurement of company-branded apparel and equipment.
Offer administrative assistance across various departments as needed (e.g., Veterinary, Marketing).
Handle email communications and address high-priority tasks that require immediate attention.
Work EnvironmentOur team is currently operating remotely with plans to transition to a hybrid work model, requiring presence in our future offices in either San Francisco or New York City for two days each week. We also make use of WeWork offices on a part-time basis.
