The ideal Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates to fill client job openings. Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the Field Recruiter will work in the field to source, screen, and present top talent to clients, while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. The Field Recruiter will utilize the ATS and CRM tool to manage candidate data and the recruitment process, while providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
