The ideal Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates to fill client job openings. Reporting to the Recruiting Manager, the Field Recruiter will work in the field to source, screen, and present top talent to clients, while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline. The Field Recruiter will utilize the ATS and CRM tool to manage candidate data and the recruitment process, while providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.

Duties and responsibilities

• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to clients to fill job openings.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Utilize the ATS and CRM tool to manage candidate data and the recruitment process.
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment events to source candidates along with utilizing social media, job boards, and other methods to source candidates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Communicate effectively with Account Managers to understand client needs and provide updates on the recruitment process.
• Negotiate offers and provide guidance to candidates on compensation, benefits, and other employment-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements with the assistance of the risk management and compliance team.
• Collaborate with the Account Manager to meet and exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
• 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a staffing agency environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
• Experience utilizing an ATS and CRM tool preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Commission based on active employees.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
