Summary

Maintains relationships with new and existing accounts. Main focus corporate event management and growth. Serves as the direct contact for the client under an Account Director. Manages clients and projects through all stages of production. Manages one off smaller projects, with Account Director oversight that are individually under $1 million.
This position will support our Account Direction team and will be eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office/ at show site 2-3 days per week based out of any of the following locations:
  • Dallas, TX
  • Chicago, IL
  • Orlando, FL
  • Nashville, TN
  • Washington DC

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Client and project management responsibility with a focus on Corporate Events
  • Partner with Account Direction to maintain and grow client programs and accounts
  • Schedule and run internal and client meetings as needed for project execution
  • Ensure production information is communicated effectively to all producing branches and LOBs involved with the event or project and follow through to completion, including invoicing
  • Work alongside the AD to manage creative process, designs/renderings, budget etc. and organization of project information
  • Work closely with account owner on assigned jobs in advance and at show site, in role of client liaison as required, and to fulfill all of the client's requirements
  • Manage and maintain travel requests and information with traveling show site supervisors, as necessary
  • Travel to show site for the event/project when necessary in cooperation with the account owner or team
  • Arrange for all necessary internal team needs required on show site
  • Develop the team player list and communicate with the client and producing branch as required by the account owner
  • Archive all show information for future reference along with invoicing support, and any necessary changes on future events
  • Manage and maintain client rate cards and current pricing
  • Research specific projects and contact resources for necessary information, including clients and services as requested by sales to use in preparing proposals for clients
  • Mentor and assist with training of account coordinators
  • Maintain research and industry trend reports for assigned clients and share with AD and clients on monthly basis
  • Assist AD with new client outreach and preparing materials for proposals
  • Prepare and coordinate photography/videography for all approved client projects and work with Marketing to draft case studies
  • Work with Client Finance teams to keep track of all payment schedules, payment terms and purchase order allocations

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
  • Three to four (3-4) years of exhibit program management experience
  • Ability to work independently on assigned accounts
  • Ability to write reports, proposals, business correspondence and procedure manuals
  • Ability to effectively present information to and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent project management skills
