Job Description:
We are seeking an Account Manager who is passionate about providing outstanding customer experience and has a keen eye for detail. This role is ideal for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to take on a multifaceted position in the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Success Excellence: Provide high-level customer service by addressing client inquiries and issues efficiently. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and be adept at using technology to navigate our Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Account Management: Go beyond traditional customer service to manage client accounts effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
Manage special projects like: Kitting, odd and large orders etc. and as directed by the supervisor.
Hands-On Warehouse Involvement: Willing to work hands-on in the warehouse, including pick and pack duties, especially during peak periods to make sure the customer receives the optimal experience.
Marketing Support: A background in marketing is a significant plus. Assist in promoting our clients' merchandise, contributing to marketing strategies, and enhancing brand visibility.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service and/or account management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, particularly WMS.
Experience in warehouse operations.
Experience in Ecommerce operations
Marketing background is highly desirable but not necessary.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Team player with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
