Job Overview
Assist in acquiring new businesses by developing strong customer relationships, maintaining an active call back list territory, and creating and following-up referrals from existing customers.
Duties
● Conduct warm calling and outbound prospecting to generate leads and identify potential clients
● Research and identify target markets and industries for business development opportunities
● Utilize customer service skills to engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our products or services effectively
● Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new customers and expanding market reach
● Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
● Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products or services
● Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships
Requirements
● 2 Strong sales skills with a proven track record in business development or inside sales
● 2 Years of Outside Sales experience
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● Ability to build rapport quickly and establish long-term relationships with clients
● Strong negotiation skills to close deals and drive revenue growth
● Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
