Franciscan Health Fitness - Chicago Heights 100 W 197th Place Chicago Heights, Illinois 60411 WHAT WE NEED Building Mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance This is a joint venture with SJ Medical Fitness, LLC. & Franciscan Health. WHAT YOU WILL DO Assist with maintenance of all areas of the club, inside and out to assure the safety of all employees and members. To keep the appearance of the club meet the high quality expectations of the members and SJ Medical Fitness. Keep records of all equipment maintenance and perform preventative maintenance regularly. Assist with the PMS schedule for to ensure that equipment is kept in working order. Adhere to department budget. Assist with all pools and mechanical rooms. Assist with in house repairs not requiring a vendor, including light commercial plumbing and basic electrical, drywall patching and repairing. RTU maintenance-daily, monthly, yearly OSHA sheets maintenance and present at yearly staff meetings Maintain SDS books for each department of the facility Assist with preparation of yearly department budget Fire Extinguisher monthly and yearly inspections Monitor and Maintain cleanliness of all areas.
