HR Specialist
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation. The HR Specialist must uphold the company’s mission, vision, and values and serves as a role model for the company. Must be People focused and lead with compassion. Ultimately, the HR Specialist will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times. Duties and responsibilities include:
· Implementing and revising a company’s compensation program
· Creating and revising job descriptions
· Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
· Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
· Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
· Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
· Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
· Overseeing exit interviews
· Maintaining department records and reports
· Participating in administrative staff meetings
· Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts

Proven work experience as an HR Specialist
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem solving abilities
Team management Skills
Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
Experience working in the healthcare field is preferred.
