FocusKPI Inc. is Hiring a Remote HR Business Partner
FocusKPI is looking for an HR Business Partner to join our client, a high-tech SaaS company.
In this role, you will partner with the Global HRBP Lead for Transformations & Platform Engineering team to deliver on our global people strategy and operational plan. Through working with central HR functions, you'll drive strategies and plans for FY24.
Work Location:Remote: anywhere in the US (ideally West Coast) - will be working with people in AUS and the US
Duration: 6 months
Pay Range:$50/hr to $58/hr
Responsibilities:
- You'll support your client groups by using your communication, coaching, and organization design skills to influence engineering managers and execute on the Engineering HR strategy.
- One of the other main responsibilities of this role will include leading People Managers through core HR processes/programs (performance management, compensation planning etc.), providing insightful analytics and recommending actions to clients, as well as partnering with other HR areas to initiate, develop and deliver HR solutions
- The HRBPs drive the business and constructively challenge leadership, employees and HR partners for purposes of improving outcomes or processes and coach all levels of management
- As an HRBP, you will improve manager capability through 1:1 coaching and/or focused organizational interventions
- You will be expected to measure the business impact of our people practices and HR solutions
- You should have a history of effectiveness in partnering well with leadership and partners to develop a culture of innovation, excellence and openness; abilities and ideas that build and enhance the culture
- We hope you're a critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues who is able to manage multiple complex challenges and prioritize projects
- You also must be able to work at all levels of the HR stack, strategic, operational, and tactical
- 7-10 years of experience is required to have with a strong HR background
- Experience in coaching and supporting managers
- Strong employee relations background is good to have
- Experience working with the software engineers
- Experience with tech skills like workday, g- suite, tableau, and familiar with confluence
- Experience in tech industry
- Soft skills like influencing ,leader ship, coaching are needed
- Should be strategic & problem solving
