At Pyro our obsession goes beyond the flame. Our chefs prepare dishes using open flame, live-fire cooking on our wood-burning hearth that allows the dynamic flavors to shine through. Our diverse menu walks a fine line between Japanese Izakaya and American Bistro, for an elevated yet approachable atmosphere.
As a Pastry Chef, you’ll be responsible for designing, preparing, and presenting a wide array of pastries, desserts, and baked goods. Attention to detail, a passion for craftsmanship, and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Culinary Expertise:
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a pastry chef or similar experience in a fast-paced environment. Must demonstrate proficiency and comprehension of food preparation and safety standards, as well as a passion for creating culinary confections.
A formal culinary degree or relevant certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred, but a combination of experience and education will be considered.
