A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN ACCOUNT MANAGER

As a Condo Market Specialist AKA Account Manager at First Onsite, your role is to spearhead sales initiatives by leveraging your deep understanding of the condominium market. You develop and execute tailored sales strategies that cater to the unique needs of this niche, driving growth and expanding our local book of business. Your expertise in the condo market enables you to provide customized solutions that resonate with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

You excel at building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers within the condo industry, staying ahead of trends, and navigating regulations with ease. Your dynamic personality and market knowledge make you a memorable presence, enhancing brand awareness and lead generation through targeted conferences, trade shows, and industry events.

Your commitment to addressing the evolving needs of clients is evident in your proactive approach to strategizing improvements in efficiency, customer service, and innovative offerings. Collaborating closely with Operations, National Sales, and other departments, you manage the regional sales process from prospecting to closing with finesse. This collaborative effort ensures a seamless integration of sales and operational goals, resulting in a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and sustained revenue growth through both short and long-term sales cycles.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Candidates must have direct experience working in the Condominium market, with a strong preference for those with a background in Construction or Restoration. This knowledge is crucial for understanding the unique challenges and opportunities in our field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce is required, as these tools are vital for managing client relationships and sales processes.

  • A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets is necessary. Experience in solution-based sales is highly valued, as it demonstrates the ability to address complex client needs effectively.

  • The ability to build and cultivate new relationships at all organizational levels, from reception to facilities/safety to C-Suite, is essential. This skill is critical for expanding our client base and fostering long-term partnerships.

  • A collaborative team player with a "We before Me" mindset is key. We value individuals who prioritize the success of the team and contribute to a positive, supportive work environment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Clear and effective communication is vital for client interactions, team collaboration, and overall success in this role.

  • A valid driver's license is required, as this position may involve travel to meet with clients and stakeholders.
