· Welcome visitors in person and on the telephone

· Enter title insurance and escrow closing orders into software system

· Maintain safe and clean reception area

· Maintain continuity among work teams

· Contribute to team effort

· Previous experience in office administration or other related fields

· Ability to prioritize and multitask

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong attention to detail

· Strong organization skills
