Hours 8am 5pm, Monday Friday

Pay $19 / hr.

Administrative Assistant essential tasks :

• Answer and route phone calls, schedule meetings, request for research which involves gathering information from spreadsheets, documents or / and internet, generate reports, compile information for meetings, faxing, scanning, and copying.
• Some project and task requests are random and sporadic.
• Gather information and complete weekly key performance indicator reports.
• Maintain and update multiple Excel spreadsheets.

Qualified candidates will have advanced Excel skills.
