Hours | 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
Pay | $19/hr.
Administrative Assistant essential tasks:
  • Answer and route phone calls, schedule meetings, request for research which involves gathering information from spreadsheets, documents or/and internet, generate reports, compile information for meetings, faxing, scanning, and copying.
  • Some project and task requests are random and sporadic.
  • Gather information and complete weekly key performance indicator reports.
  • Maintain and update multiple Excel spreadsheets.
Qualified candidates will have advanced Excel skills.
