TrestleTree is a leading national health transformation company that influences positive change for people who struggle to change. TrestleTree works with employers, health plans, hospital systems and other organizations to offer health coaching by trained healthcare professionals, focused on improving the health and lives of individuals who have chronic health conditions (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia) and lifestyle risk factors (e.g., obesity, tobacco use, stress). We are hiring a full-time Customer Service/Administrative Assistant to join our Engagement team as an Engagement Specialist and assist with front office (e.g., telephone coverage and outreach) and back office (e.g., fulfillment of materials) tasks.

We are seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and energetic individual who enjoys engaging with individuals to enroll them in TrestleTree programs. This person will provide telephonic outreach to potential participants, take incoming calls, conduct enrollment and rescheduling services for participants, as well as provide administrative support to the TrestleTree Health Coaches. Sometimes the Engagement Specialist will take incoming calls from individuals who have heard about TrestleTree and are interested in the program, and other times the Engagement Specialist will outreach to eligible employees at a company to tell them about the program. They will also provide general administrative support to management in creating other documents, assisting with managing office correspondence, and completing special projects as assigned.

This Engagement Specialist will need to be able to function independently and as part of a team, demonstrate initiative and urgency in their activities, be flexible, be an active learner, and display both comfort and confidence in making a large number of outbound calls to raise interest and enroll individuals. A successful candidate will also demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, extraordinary written and verbal communication skills, accuracy in proofing and compilation of materials, establishment of priorities, ability to meet deadlines, and an openness to an intensive learning environment with close supervision. Excellent proficiency in using a computer, Microsoft Word, web-browsing software, Excel spreadsheets and typing. Bilingual in Spanish and English is desired and not required.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a High School Degree or GED. An Associates degree or some college coursework is preferred, and at least two years of related customer services experience is highly preferred. This position is onsite and the Engagement Specialist must be in the office for all scheduled work hours. Work hours will be a set schedule Monday through Friday, including at least one evening per week.
