Integrated Resources Inc is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Fayetteville, AR
Job Title: Administrative AssistantWork Location: Fayetteville, AR 72703Duration: 3 Months (Possibility of Extension)Responsibilities :
Must be familiar with general office practices and tasks to support the business. Have math aptitude.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Able to operate standard office equipment, such as copiers, calculators, adding machines, etc.
Must be familiar with filing systems.
Have ability to work quickly and accurately while performing repetitive tasks paying close attention to detail while maintaining accuracy and speed.
Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to adapt to new responsibilities and changes in the work environment.
Must be able to work independently on routine and recurring aspects of an assignment.
Should have ability to perform various word processing functions, such as creating, formatting, revising, retrieving, and storing documents (MS Office products).
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, calendar management and must possess problem-solving skills and be able to multitask.
Effective working with others. Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Must Haves:
Calendar and Scheduling experience (Calendar Management for the Engagement Manager and his Team. Meeting Coordination)
Microsoft Office Experience Including:
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Word
Microsoft PPT
Travel and Expense Report Creation
Nice To Haves:
Event Coordination
Additional Information:
In Office Role. Minimum 4 days per week. (Friday Flexibility) 9AM-3PM
3-5 years of experience.
Preferred ex-client employee, but not required.
Pharma background not required.
Associate degree (Minimum Requirement)
Experience with Administrative Assistance
Team Size expectation: 65 people.
Minimal PowerPoint presentation (Welcome Slides, etc. )
