First National Title Company in Greenbrier, Arkansas is seeking an Escrow Assistant to join our team. Our services include closing of residential and commercial real estate loans.

As an Escrow Assistant, you will be asked to perform clerical, administrative, and accounting functions to support continuity of normal workflow. You will work in an office setting, Monday through Friday. Excellent people skills and a cheerful outlook are essential.

· Follow workflow instructions and make supervisor aware of deviations.

· Assist Escrow Agent in preparation for real estate closings.

· Record legal documents in the county records upon file closing.

· Prepare loan package for return to lender upon closing.

· Ensure documents are correctly filed in permanent digital storage.

· Assist with inbound calls and other general clerical work.

· Organization skills with the ability to work in a neat, orderly manner.

· Concise verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Ability to prioritize and multitask.

· Experience in real estate office administration, financial services, or title company preferred.
