TITLE: Director of Talent Acquisition
LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

RESPONDSIBILITIES:
- Full cycle recruiting for every level of position in a variety of departments
- Sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and making recommendations
- Communicating with and coaching hiring managers
- Creating and preparing offer letters and compensation packages
- Updating and maintaining company’s ATS
- Keeping a finger on the pulse of market trends and job platforms
- Assisting with projects and helping with general HR needs as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 10 - 15 years of relevant work experience in HR/Recruiting
- 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience is highly desired
- 5 or more years of professional experience with a focus on employee engagement, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, or other related disciplines
- Ability to build strong collaborative relationships and demonstrate solid presentation and influencing skills
- Consistent track record in optimally building and maintaining employee facing programs that drive a positive employee experience
- Advanced working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM, Social media platforms
- Strong HRIS skills for resume repository evaluation and implementation
- Demonstrated project management skills (the ability to document and communicate project plans, monitor work in progress, achieve project milestones/end results for others to understand).
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to articulate staffing issues to any audience as well as develop staffing policies and procedures for associates.
- Knowledge of recruitment/placement laws and practices.
