TITLE: Director of Talent Acquisition

LOCATION: Atlanta, GA

DESCRIPTION:

RESPONDSIBILITIES:

  • Full cycle recruiting for every level of position in a variety of departments
  • Sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews and making recommendations
  • Communicating with and coaching hiring managers
  • Creating and preparing offer letters and compensation packages
  • Updating and maintaining company’s ATS
  • Keeping a finger on the pulse of market trends and job platforms
  • Assisting with projects and helping with general HR needs as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 10 - 15 years of relevant work experience in HR/Recruiting
  • 8 years of full cycle recruiting experience is highly desired
  • 5 or more years of professional experience with a focus on employee engagement, employee experience, organizational effectiveness, or other related disciplines
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships and demonstrate solid presentation and influencing skills
  • Consistent track record in optimally building and maintaining employee facing programs that drive a positive employee experience
  • Advanced working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM, Social media platforms
  • Strong HRIS skills for resume repository evaluation and implementation
  • Demonstrated project management skills (the ability to document and communicate project plans, monitor work in progress, achieve project milestones/end results for others to understand).
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to articulate staffing issues to any audience as well as develop staffing policies and procedures for associates.
  • Knowledge of recruitment/placement laws and practices.
