Position Description
Multiband Global is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract and retain great talent. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and on-boarding. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work as part of an HR team in an environment that encourages quick thinking, aggressive sourcing skills and a proactive approach towards talent acquisition.
General Responsibilities
Drive proactive recruitment strategies and perform full lifecycle recruiting for a range of field, technical and professional positions.
Identify and attract highly qualified individuals to create a robust pipeline of talent for current and future openings.
Develop recruitment resources, including internal and external partners, and provide direct sourcing activity within budget guidelines. Grow and maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large to advance the Multiband Global brand.
Manage recruitment performance against established key metrics. Maintain all supporting records and data, including applicant flow statistics for EEOC reporting. Provide accurate and timely reports and communication to management, hiring managers, and Human Resources partners.
Position Requirements
- Four-year college degree with a preferred major in human resources or business-related field preferred, plus 2 years of work experience in recruiting field technical personnel.
- Knowledge in all components of full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, qualifying, networking, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management.
- A successful Talent Acquisition Specialist can work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate ability to source and attract highly qualified individuals. Strong relationship-building and networking experience required to be success in role.
- Outstanding interpersonal, interviewing, negotiating, screening, and closing skills along with excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail essential for success in the role.
- Applicant tracking system proficiency required.
