Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for identifying, screening, and assessing candidates for requisitions or job groups across business areas including but not limited to source,screen, interview, and recruit to establish a pipeline of candidates within a specified region. This position has ownership for creating and providing candidate information to hiring managers and operational leaders across the businesses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited college or university (preferred), and at least 2-3 years of recruiting experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
