The Director of Talent Management will play a key role contributing to the growth and success of the SCP Health organization by designing, developing, and operationalizing talent management strategies, tools, and processes in the disciplines of performance management, succession planning, talent assessment, change leadership, development planning, and competency identification. The Director of Talent Management will drive talent management strategies, programs, and initiatives aimed at promoting diversity and elevating skills and capabilities across the organization. This role will help to ensure we have a strong pipeline of leaders to meet the current and future business needs. Under the leadership of the VP of Talent Management, this role will balance strategic input with tactical support in driving a strong talent management agenda. This position will work in close partnership with both the HRBPs and business leaders to accomplish key strategic priorities to support sustainable business results. The ideal candidate must be willing to roll-up your sleeves and actively contribute to all aspects of organizational initiatives including project management to the co-creation process to implementation.
