Job Description:
The Office Associate (part-time) serves as the liaison to the academic departments and administrative offices at FIT and supports the Dean, Assistant Dean, and staff in the Office of International Programs to ensure the successful operation of the department. The Associate reports to the Assistant Manager and also coordinates daily operations, including scheduling and calendar management for the department, budget and accounting tasks, and office supply and equipment needs.

Salary
Salary Range: $34.81- $37.30 per hour
The dictates the compensation, benefits, and conditions of employment. Hiring Rate: $34.81- $37.30 per hour with step increments per Salary Schedule 91, after 18 months of service and annually thereafter.
Work Schedule
Days/Hours: M-F, 20 hours per week, in person; work schedule subject to change based on needs of the department.
