This is an immediate internship position with the goal of converting to a full-time role towards the end of 2024. This role is ideal for a rising college senior with a Marketing focus who can work in our NYC Wall Street office on a part-time (16-22 hours per week) and flexible schedule. We will be accommodating with your class schedule. 

Position Summary:

The Marketing Intern position is an integral part of a six-person team. The role is central within the Marketing team and is responsible for drafting sales presentations and communication pieces, as well as maintaining and structuring the Marketing teams day-to-day material.

The individual in this position will have the opportunity to participate in company-wide projects that involve working with different teams-enrollment, print and production, data analytics and client services. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, energetic individual to contribute meaningfully to a growing business and gain valuable experience.

Proficient skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word are required. Key personality traits for success include high energy and drive, the ability to work with teams and possess intellectual curiosity. Knowledge of or ability to learn HTML and SQL is highly desired.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Marketing team on creating, editing and reviewing presentations and materials for sales meetings (such as PowerPoint sales presentations).
  • Assist the Marketing team on creating, editing and reviewing client communications (such as Word documents, websites, and presentations).
  • Organizing and maintaining the Marketing team's resources and materials.

Qualifications: 

  • Ability to interact effectively with different team members, and external client at all levels
  • Exceptional verbal, written and communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • A high level of accountability and ownership of work
  • Ability to work on time-sensitive deadlines
  • Resourcefulness and ability to consult others to get a job done
  • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time
  • A team-oriented, friendly collaborative attitude
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to input creativity and original ideas into projects
  • Knowledge in coding languages is a plus
  • Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus

Education/Experience:

  • A current or rising senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Computer Science, Data Analytics a plus. 
  • Recent graduates will be considered if willing to work part-time through year-end, with the possibility of then converting to full-time.
