Job Description
Company Overview
Essential Duties
- Communicate with customers in person, over the phone, by email, and/or fax.
- Assist customers to set up and/or establishing par levels.
- Resolve customer issues and/or complaints and involve management as needed to resolve the concerns.
- Responsible for supervising the drivers daily, including training, scheduling, and counseling.
- Oversee the appearance, operation, maintenance, and servicing of company vehicles.
- Maintain gasoline receipts and reports
- Responsible for monitoring gasoline prices.
- Relieves and/or covers drivers in their absence.
- Responsible for establishing employee schedules.
- Works closely with supervisors and/or managers daily to coordinate activity.
- Responsible for conducting cart inventory.
- Ensures trucks have all the required items including but not limited to the following items: gloves, gowns, hand sanitizer, etc.
- Responsible for setting up Linen Committees.
- Reports all accidents and injuries promptly.
- Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.
- Participates in regular safety meetings and/or safety training.
- May perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Supervision
- Works under the direct supervision of General Manager.

Work Experience
- 1 to 2 years of transportation-related work experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass Cleveland Clinic’s background check
Working Conditions
- Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach daily for long periods
- Able to walk an extensive amount of hours
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
- Regular and on-time attendance.
