A local company is seeking a Customer Service Representatives who can listen accurately, record details quickly, and provide warm and friendly service to customers and co-workers.
Schedule: Work hours are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates must have previous and excellent Customer Service experience,
- Must have the ability to listen and quickly record details,
- Must have an articulate and upbeat phone voice with an outgoing personality,
- Must be able to work well with different personalities in a small office, and must be able to accept responsibilities for mistakes and be proactive in preventing new ones.
- Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
- Bachelor Degree is a plus, but not necessary.
