Description:
Supports customer service for clients and customers over the phone and through online systems/ company website as well as third party channels including but not limited to online retailers. Maintain the highest levels of customer service excellence - as the face and voice of the company our client values quality overall. Respond to customer inquiries (email or phone) - 75% phone support and 25% email support - some outbound calls when requested or calling back a customer after they leave a voicemail. Provide in‐depth support for the use, care and technical aspects of the product - troubleshooting customer issues/ questions Demonstrate a friendly and cooperative attitude with our internal and external customers - average call is 5.5 minutes long Dealing directly with customers so all Business to Consumer not B2B Ensure highest accuracy of data entry functions Consistently adhere to business procedures Provide administrative support to multiple departments
