What You'll Do as a Verizon Customer Service Representative:
- Engage with customers to introduce and tailor 5G Home products to their individual needs
- Educate customers on the latest technology and product offerings
- Assist in the sales process, providing all necessary information and ensuring a seamless experience
- Handle objections, resolve inquiries, and escalate issues when necessary
- Drive customer engagement from initial contact to product delivery
