Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement and tracking
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell products and services to increase revenue
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries

Skills:

- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in phone etiquette
- Ability to upsell and promote products effectively
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Data entry accuracy and speed
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is preferred
- Multilingual capabilities are a bonus
- Prior experience in customer service is desirable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $21.15 per hour
