As Front Office Receptionist, you are the face of the school representing its values and culture through
your professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills. Your primary responsibility will be to
create a welcoming and efficient environment for students, parents, staff and visitors. Your role will
encompass administrative tasks, including managing phone calls, providing information and assistance,
and supporting the administrative team.
Greeting and Welcoming:
Welcome students, parents, staff and visitors to the school in a friendly and professional manner.
Create a positive atmosphere by providing a warm and inviting environment.
Direct individuals to the appropriate locations within the school premises.
Phone and Email Management:
Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate staff members or departments.
Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information via phone or email.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone during all interactions.
Administrative Support:
Assist in maintaining student records, including attendance, enrollment and dismissal.
Collect and distribute forms, documents and other materials as needed.
Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings and events for school staff.
Information and Assistance:
Provide general information about the school, including its programs, policies and events.
Assist parents and students with inquiries regarding schedules, transportation and school policies.
Serve as a resource for visitors by providing directions, information and assistance as required.
Safety and Security:
Monitor and control access to the school premises, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
Follow established procedures for visitor sign-in and sign-out.
Collaborate with staff to implement emergency protocols and maintain a safe environment.
