Looking for a vibrant Medical Front Office Specialist to work in a locally owned family practice environment at Southside and Medical Center based facilities. This is a team oriented, fast-paced, and patient centered practice.

Requirements:

As a Front Office Specialist, you will welcome patients, obtain demographics, verify insurance(s), collect copays, coinsurances and deductibles, check in/check out patients, fax, scan, obtain referrals and other duties as assigned. Strong preference for bilingual candidates with EMR knowledge (EClinicalWorks).

Must have strong interpersonal skills and a desire to grow with your position. Candidates will increasingly work alongside our Patient Assistance Team to schedule patients and serve as wellness advocates by providing information on our practice’s wellness programs.

The ability to always maintain a positive and welcoming attitude is a must. Like our practice, this role is patient-centered and requires that candidates be caring, understanding, and enjoy working with diverse populations.
