Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Excellence: You will be the backbone of our executive office, managing calendars, preparing documents and presentation, etc. Attention to detail is essential for accuracy in document preparation and data management.
HR Support: Assist our HR department in maintaining personnel records, onboarding new team members, and handling HR-related documentation.
Liaison and Organizer: Act as a bridge between the executive office and various departments, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.
Confidentiality Matters: Uphold confidentiality standards while handling sensitive information and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
IT Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites, showcasing high IT acumen and the ability to leverage technology effectively.
Resourceful and Adaptable: Showcase your resourcefulness and adaptability in a dynamic work environment, managing changing priorities effectively.
