Job Title: Office Manager with Appointment Setting Responsibilities Company Overview: A dynamic construction company dedicated to delivering high-quality projects. We are currently seeking a proactive and organized Office Manager with a flair for customer service to join our team. Responsibilities:
Office/Administration Duties:
Manage day-to-day office operations, including filing, organization, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and managing office supplies.
Appointment Setting:
Utilize provided warm leads to reach out and schedule appointments with potential clients.
Each successfully set appointment earns an additional $10 as a bonus.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
Construction Industry Knowledge:
Previous experience in the construction industry is a significant plus.
Familiarity with construction terminology and processes will be beneficial.
Proposal Preparation Assistance:
Collaborate with teams to assist in the preparation of proposals for potential projects.
Ensure proposals are organized, accurate, and delivered within specified deadlines.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management/administration roles.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient in basic office software and tools.
Compensation:
Base pay: $18-$20 per hour.
Quarterly bonus based on performance.
Additional $10 bonus for each successfully set appointment.
