We are searching for an exceptional Statewide Office Manager to join our client's team, a trailblazer in the Florida roofing industry with a rich history and a broad presence across the state. Our client is committed to offering exceptional service to both their internal and external customers, setting the bar high for the industry.

This role is based onsite in the Ft. Lauderdale area and is pivotal in maintaining the company's legacy of excellence.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and managing budgets
  • Greet visitors at office.
  • Facilitate meetings
  • Coordinate all details of travel plans for the team.
  • Crafting and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Purchasing of office supplies
  • Organizing executive meetings, team-building activities, and corporate events
  • Serving as the Chair of the Employee Nurturing Committee
  • Ensuring policy and procedural consistency across all locations
  • Manage and support the reception area
  • Negotiating and selecting vendors for projects
  • Administer agreements, subpoenas, handle summons, and demonstrate familiarity with legal documents.
  • Collaborating with the facility manager for office maintenance
  • Biannual travel to other office locations to ensure adherence to uniform practices.
  • Manage petty cash.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Five (5) years of experience in an office management role
  • Supervisory Skills a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Proven expertise in budget management
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Demonstrated ability in drafting policies and procedures.
  • Understanding legal terminology
  • A background in the roofing (preferred), construction, or manufacturing sectors
  • Candidates will undergo a credit check as part of the qualification process.

Compensation: The salary range for this pivotal role is $65,000 to $75,000 annually, reflective of its significance and the expertise we seek.
