APC Packaging is Hiring an Account Manager Near Fort Lauderdale, FL
- Manage the process of order fulfillment by reviewing, confirming, and entering sales orders.
- Keeping track of order status to ensure timely shipments to and payment from customers.
- Operate as lead point of contact for all issues, big or small regarding customer’s account.
- Become liaison with internal teams (including Sales, Project Development, Logistics and Accounting) to improve the customer experience.
- Learn company products, processes, and policies to help provide customer with the best user experience.
- Oversee project steps from development, samples, production status and shipping, while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
- Provide a high energy, positive and enthusiastic customer experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 3 years of customer service in an Account Management role preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
- Detail oriented, this is very important as many of our orders are customer made.
- Monday-Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm schedule
