Entertainment Technology Partners is Hiring a Human Resource Generalist Near Orlando, FL

The Human Resource Generalist performs HR-related duties on a professional level including benefit administration, employee relations, compliance and policy implementations.
Essential functions may include but are not limited to:
  • Maintain employee personnel, confidential, and medical files.
  • Respond to unemployment claims.
  • Administer and attend a wide range of departmental activities such as: health benefits acquisition, benefits enrollment, orientation, health fairs, safety training, policy meetings, 401(k) plan enrollment, and employee training.
  • Assists in formulation of general safety policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.
  • Reviews Safety Training quarterly to ensure all safety essential personnel are current on safety training.
  • Audit all leave cases to ensure all employees have proper documentation.
  • Handles all aspects of workers compensations including reporting of injuries, log on OSHA forms, and maintain accurate records on status of claims.
  • Oversee Department of Transportation (DOT) record keeping requirements.
  • Maintains awareness of new/changing employment laws and regulations.
  • Respond to employee inquiries related to general Company practices and policies or benefit programs.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly supervisor skills training sessions.
  • Perform any range of special projects as directed, compile and track data, report on project progress, and assist in the development of information as required.
Base Salary Range:
  • $49,708/yr - $73,663/yr This represents the low and high end of the company's base salary range for this position.
  • Actual base salary range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to experience.
