Our client, a global agency which works across entertainment, is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their HR Team. This Executive level position is both a strategic and execution role responsible for working with the business groups it supports in order to understand current and future priorities and then building and executing tools and processes to ensure that the business has the necessary skills, structures, and processes to achieve these priorities. The Human Resources Business Partner will need deep expertise in a variety of areas including coaching early career professionals, senior leaders, talent management/succession planning, inclusion and diversity, career development tools, employee relations, organizational design, and mentoring HR Assistants. Additionally, the Human Resources Business Partner will have a shared HR Assistant and will be responsible for all day-to-day HR needs including employee relations, manager coaching, implementing new policies, and employee onboarding.
