We are looking to hire an Field HR Business Partner that will support the HR and Retail Operations team in Southern California. We offer industry training, medical, dental and vision insurance, performance bonuses, and a 401(k) match.
In this field-based position, the HR Business Partner is responsible for developing and implementing human resources and talent strategies that are aligned with business objectives in a designated division. The HRBP serves as a consultant to management on human resource and talent issues. The successful HRBP will act as an employee champion and change agent. The HRBP assesses and anticipates HR-related needs in the field. Communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management, the HRBP seeks to develop integrated talent solutions that drive business results. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit’s financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.
