The Human Resources Business Partner will provide business-focused, strategic and operational consultation to management on human resources-related issues. The HRBP will interpret HR policies and employment regulations, advise on risk management, and coach and support managers in handling people management and change processes. Identifies and promotes new ways of working and empowering approaches to people management. Assess and anticipates HR-related needs, and through collaborative partnerships across the organization, delivers value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HR Business Partner operates with a high level of autonomy and possesses significant subject matter expertise.
