Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and achieving sales targets. This is a great opportunity for someone with retail sales experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives

Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone
- Bilingual in Spanish or other languages is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.97 - $19.23 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
