Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. This is a key leadership role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success.
Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement
- Provide ongoing training and coaching to the sales team to enhance their skills and performance
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of the sales team members
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships
- Ability to effectively manage a sales team and drive results
- Solid understanding of sales techniques, market analysis, and account management
- Experience in outside sales is preferred
